Any new releases which have caught peoples eyes?

*Sigh* Skived.Bored.
Decided RE and ICT lesson were going to be a waste of my time, so decided to come nd use a computer..rather...bored.

But looking around at new games, there are some promising releases such as Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X and i've recently purchased Age of Conan, which has alot of potential..but seriously has some bug problems.

anyone got some games they're looking forward to?

Re: Any new releases which have caught peoples eyes?

Just got LEGO: Indiana Jones (PSP) and The Force Unleashed (PSP) will probably be the only one I'm looking forward to getting (in Sept apparently!!).

Kind of going away from PC games at the mo, not enough time to spend on them

Re: Any new releases which have caught peoples eyes?

Just finishing off the new Turok which is a decent fps although very different from the older version.

Bashing GRID a lot, very fun racing game once you get the hang of it.

Still dabbling at Assassins Creed every now and then to break things up, its a little repetitive but very good in small doses.

Just grabbed AoC, big fan of Funcom as a company, and there known for there sketchy starts (Anarchy Online Launch anyone?) but im sure it will pull through to live a good life.

Other than that its EVE, EVE, and EVE for the rest of the time as always, with the new factional warfare addon about to be released its going to shake things up a lot

GRiD is seriously eating my time.

The AI actually crashes, spins out and is aggressive as ****.

You should try playing it online with damage on.

Most races are pretty much over for half the peeps on the first corner due to getting battered to f00k.

Its really annoying in that respect cause if you out on the first corner then you have to wait for the rest to finish before you can start the next race and then you possibly have the problem all over again.

Even starting first don't always work as people just use you as the corner and bounce of you to get round.

My only other grip is users who don't get kicked for being awol and then sit there on the grid ready for you to hit cause you don't realise.

If a player is inactive for a certain period of time then they should get auto kicked from the server.

Its prob a good idea as I'm sure you have noticed by now the cars can handle very differently from each other plus you get to learn the tracks.

I have to say I just jumped straight in online and so my profile record isn't looking to hot but tbh I really don't care about all that stuff anymore.

As long as I'm enjoying myself that's the main thing.

PC version for me as I'm still to get myself a ps3.

Not sure if you can play against console users though.

360 version for me. I prefer a controller for racing and enjoy that sexy pop-up from achievements.
