The opinions expressed in this post are purely that of my own and nothing to do with "GameOn Networking Ltd" unless otherwise stated.

Re: Steam Introduces A Wallet System

I actually quite like this idea. I sometimes don't have enough to buy something when I might want to, with this I can add little monies here and there, and then by the time something I'm after is released/put on sale, I have the monies tucked away to get it.

I approve.

Yeah id use this for exactly the same purpose as DA, Good to use as a saving up for a game you really want tool.
That and if you can restrict someones purchases on there, like if you have kids (or a Rasher) in your household you can deposit money, like pocket money in and once its gone its gone kinda thing.

Re: Steam Introduces A Wallet System

It will be good from a gift standpoint, i never know what to ask for birthdays/xmas so this will hopefully be an easy way for family members to gift a voucher i will actually use.

Re: Steam Introduces A Wallet System

anyone else find it strange that you cant get to the wallet from
Steam software
or the website..
it seems only a hard link you can get to it (like in the news post)
