Worth a read, especially if you are folding on a ATI card, the right variables and it will drop the CPU usage down to a few percent and should get you more PPD.

Nvidia users should also have a look although theres not as many issues for them.

Nah, this only really applys to ATI cards, and its only really to lower the CPU usage, Nvidia cards are fine.

Just the CPU mate, the GFX cards wont do it.

Liz is on that X1950 I got from you, and the Lappy is Intel 915 integrated.

GPU environment variables ATI GPU Folders

It is under the Advanced tab in v7 when you are running both the SMP and GPU option.
