Any Dungeons and Dragonsfans (Warhammer etc)
Looking for any Dungeons and Dragons fans out there
We play a lot of HeroQuest and thinking of "upgrading..."
Just after some advice from anyone who plays it (or who has)

Re: Any Dungeons and Dragonsfans (Warhammer etc)
Honestly, id skip Dungeons and Dragons, and sink right into Warhammer or any other Games Workshop titles.
Dungeons and Dragons is heavily based on persistant characters now, and to truly get the most out of it you need to be regularly attending nights at a club or gathering to get anywhere. It doesnt cater much to the family at home the way you can sit and play a game of HeroQuest, its much more about character development over time and interactions with peoples other characters via campaigns.

necromunda rocks, it has the "persistent" characters and is wicked fun if you have a group of people to play it with

How is the Warhammer going for you? You enjoying it? My little brother just took it up too and he loves it.

Spirit games in Burton
Pop in there and ask them what they'd recommend based on your needs. They're an independent and stock mucho stuff that will piss all over anything that gamesworkshop could ever produce.
