Android Phone, best processor?

Looking to replace my messed up S4.

Dont need anything amazing though. I do very little that should tax the phone.

I have seen a couple of cheap phones that use the Cortex-A7 processor.

Is it any good, or should I be looking at better chips?

Need to have a phone that can play MP3, run Simpsons Tapped Out/Family Guy, and thats about it really.

The S4 was/is overkill for what I do on a day to day basis.

The One Plus One is a no brainer at the price. 220 quid for a top spec phone with 64Gb of memory. What's not to like? I just don't understand how the other manufacturers are still selling phones for hundreds of pounds more.
