What kind of online RPG would you like to play?

Hello every one,
I'm doing small study of what kind of games people would like to play, what features they would like to have if there was possibility to talk directly to game developers and propose such features to the online RPG. I don't wonna waste a lot of your time, basicly I'm asking you to answer following questions.

1) What type(more in thematical point of view) of RPG would you play? (Medieval, Future, Nowadays, describe your idia)
2) Would you play game with PvP? (PvP everywhere, PvP on specific zones)
3) What important features game should have? (nice graphic user interface, customizable controls, cuztomazible interface, etc)
4) Any important considerations
