Famous LONDON pictures

So i bought my missus a fairly decent camera over christmas and this weekend we are going to head into london to do a spot of photography...

I suggested that we try and re-create famous shots used throughout the years, be it album covers or movie posters anything really...

to be honest, ive come up with a few that we could do, mainly the obvious one, but it would be great if anyone has any other suggestions or examples that i can use to get the totals up

there are of course the obvious ones..

Oasis - Whats the Story
Pink Floyd - Animals

Film

Notting Hill

Not sure if this helps but i found this info

David Bowie chose Heddon Street, W1 for the cover of his 1972 Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars album (Ziggy’s standing outside No 23) And artists including The Orb and Pink Floyd have used Battersea Power Station to adorn their covers.

Not a film poster as such but how about 28 Days Later...

28 days later is added to the list, also got ziggy stardust album cover, now trying to find scenes from films set in london that will be easy to re-create...

im even adding famous london houses, and places where odd events took place if anyone has ideas..

Sherlock Holmes' house, Sweeny Todd etc, found the place where the last man was hung in london, and am going to take her to the oldest pub in london near embankment...
