Recommend Video Program to Record Gaming/Hackers

Looking for a small program that will run in the background and hopefully not take up too much of my pc processing power to record my gaming adventures.
This is more for The Warz, sick of hackers, the dev team are working hard to rid them, and I would like to help contribute to rid the servers of these parasites.
Anyone recommend a nice free program of such type.
and no - don't play the game replies I actually find it a good atmospheric game.

Only one I've ever used for games is Fraps.

Bandicam is good However the trial only allows for 10 minutes of game footage at a time and has "Bandicam.com" printed across the top.

I can recommend open broadcaster.
It is intended for streaming but can be configured to save locally only. In it's current beta it does have some audio sync issues to lookout for, this is usually a second or two per hour of recording but can be worse depending on the game.
