My exp bar is stuck at 15/36 XP and has been for ages? Is something broken, or not ready yet.

At the moment, it's only increased when comments are made. More features are coming, it's just a case of getting them done 
If you think you've missed out on XP for anything, let us know what and where.

Now do you mean comment here like this or from articles on the main page? If for example it's here on the forums it would seem something is broken.

It's a certain amount of views hit on someones article, it gives them a badge. The views are undisclosed.
But an example would be:
50 views = Views I
250 views = Views 2
Etc...
Think it'll be used to reward staff when the rewards system is sorted too.

users are going to be able to earn badges as well, the more users do around the site/forums, the easier it is for us to spot what and how to give them badges

I can not see emails for the first couple I checked on their Dawson if its any help
