While we're here Plat I figure you're the one to ask. When playing GTAV at High settings on my PC my GPU (GTX 660) is only being used 40%. This is also with my frames being 40-55.
It can't be bottlenecking (it better not be) since I have a 4790k, so I have no idea what's going on.
