Re: I've just watched...
Seen Angels and Demons. And (not sure if this makes much sense...) it's a good film, but a bad adaptation.

Re: I've just watched...
I read a shocking review of it in The Guardian today. I've yet to read the book, but I found it much more compelling that The Da Vinci Code, even if its a tad far fetched.

Will do. I'm a week off finishing my degree and then for the first time in three years I'll be able / have time to read what I want.

Re: I've just watched...
IMO, Davinchi Code < Angels & Demons < Digital Fortress < Being Drunk.

Re: I've just watched...
Terminator Salvation. *Much* better than I thought it would be, especially after some of the reviews that I read. Nice to see stuff in the future, and there's plenty of fan service.
TV wise, Harper's Island just through a big spanner in the 'whodunnit' works.

Re: I've just watched...
The Dark Knight (I know I'm very late to the party), brilliant film.
I also (finally) watched Quantum of Solace, it didn't feel like I was watching a James Bond film it was so strange but still good.

QoS was quite good. A lot better than I was expecting. Quite a good follow on from Casino Royale.
DK is just plain awesome.
Saw A&D the other week, loved it.
Most recent movie I watch and enjoyed was Outlaw, good movie, but with a particular scene cut (its on the extras) there is some background on one of the characters missing.

Re: I've just watched...
I watched Star Trek on Wednesday, I'm not a Trekkie but I thought it was really good. Even had a few comedy moments.

"The Boat That Rocked"
Really good movie, way better than it deserved to be.

Re: I've just watched...
'Brazil' directed by Terry Gilliam (of Monty Python fame). Brilliant dystopian vision of a near future (now the past). Superbly realised, great cinematography and set design, and some great comedy moments.

Sounds Intriguing, might have to try this.

Brazil is great, how had you avoided TDK so long.
And,
District 9.. WIN! Bring on District 10 - Three Years Later.

Haha, would love a District 10 especially 3 years later.
I thought it was epic. Refreshingly well done aswell, the beginning of the film really immerses the viewer I think.
