Apple Magic Mouse

Anyone buying/bought one of these?
A few people 'that matter' in our office are enquiring about them, however I'm not about to buy one for $70 on the off chance it works with Windows...
Was hoping someone here might already have one and have tried it

http://www.apple.com/magicmouse/ For the page on apple.com if you have no idea what I'm on about

Re: Apple Magic Mouse

So herself noticed me salivating over these when we were at best buy a month ago and picked one up for my birthday
Works like a charm with windows and is very shiny to boot

EDIT: Those wanting the swipe/slide stuff, have a gander here - http://uneasysilence.com/archive/2009/11/14588/

Will post some thoughts after I've had it for a little longer, but initial impressions are good

Re: Apple Magic Mouse

Tried one in the Apple store, absolutely horrible ergonomics, could have sworn I posted in this thread about it.
Its good idea, ruined by Apples "Looks over function" department.

Really? I actually quite like the feel.
My only gripe (and I guess it's my fault as I guess I'm used to 'normal' mice) so far is that my little finger and right middle finger tend to brush the side periodically and cause it to scroll
Not sure it'd be ideal for playing Borderlands with, but it'll certainly be quite functional at upsetting the various account execs & VP's at work when it comes to the shinyness stakes

Sadly however, I fear this is the start of a slippery slope. First it's the sexy mouse, then it's a keyboard, then a jesusphone starts looking attractive; before you know it it'll be limp wrists and an appreciation of style
