Is a second-hand computer a good choice on a tight budget
My brother is in France and is now hesitating whether to continue working there. The graphics card of his personal computer (laptop) is broken, and it is said that he can't replace it separately. Since he may return to China soon, he is reluctant to spend too much money on a new computer, and he finds it uncomfortable to play games on his laptop, so he is now hesitating to buy a second-hand computer from overseas students.
